Can one say a. We have work to be done by experts. b. We have work to be done by you. ?
They are supposed to mean: We have work that has to be done by experts/you.
And could c. We have work to be done. be used if the work is to be done by someone else? Could it be used instead of We have work that has to be done (by people other than us). ?
Many thanks.
