Hi,
When you want to say that somebody must have talked someone’s ear off for a certain period of time before they convinced them to change their mind, do you have a specific word?
Let’s say that my nephew’s teacher agreed with his parents on how to deal with his mischievous phase in a peaceful way, but then her colleague ‘worked on her’ and persuaded her to change her mind.
I’m looking for something that’d capture the determination of one person to sway the other person.
I’m not sure if I’m comletely off-base here or not, but I think that there’s a word for that. You do something to set up someone else for a change of heart. I hope that it makes sense.
Thank you.

She won her over.
Do these help?
She pled her case until she won her over.
Nothing so specific comes to mind, but the adjectives persistent, unrelenting, and tenacious can be brought in.
