Work out, sentence meaning

Hi! I have just cheched that work it out means to find a solution but i have cheched aslo work off and there was a sentence with both of them and now i don`t understand anything.


1.When you whack off so hard that when you are finished you feel like you just worked out(!! what meananing is here), and possibly sweating.

2.Man i'm tired, I just worked off(what means work off) for like an hour.

And one more.

3. Man i'm tired, I just worked off for like an hour.

Why in this sentence where is no Present Perfect?

Hi, I have just cheched that work it out means to find a solution but i have cheched aslo work off and there was a sentence with both of them and now i don`t understand anything.
