Work email grammar check please

Hi Tracy,I am off this week and I don't know about the next week either as my wife had her gallbladder removed yesterday. She is in terrible pain and the recovery seems to be slightly longer than anticipated.I will definitely contact you for my Extemp training when I return to work I have just emailed this to one of mentors about the Extemp training I have to do for my appraisal. Does it sound natural and grammatically correct?
