Work-efficiency or Work-efficiencies?

To me, this sentence seems perfectly fine but, I keep questioning its grammatical structure.

"The complex routine operations need to be carried out smoothly in order to build a workflow that not only curtails interruptions but also boosts your employees’ work-efficiency drastically."

Should it be "work-efficiencies"?
