Is it "to work at the computer" or "to work on the computer"?
If both are possible, do they mean the same thing?

work on the computer I usually say and hear this. It means you are actually using the computer to do your work. work at the computer might possibly just refer to your location, eg You re sitting in front of the computer, but not using it
