work at home or work from home

Are there any differences between 'work at home' & 'work from home'?
e.g. It'll be very cold tomorrow. You can work from/at home tomorrow morning (from or at or both?)
Thanks

from home implies more that you are eg phoning people, emailing people, using the employer's internet services.
