Work as a charm

yeah, I know what that phrase means, but my question is:
what other phrases can be used interchangeably with the above mentioned?

it's just at a tip of my tongue, that I can't think of. So, in term of word choice, this just limit myself to only "work as a charm" most of the time.

something starting with the same formation like, "work as a (sth.)". or "work like (sth.)"
often spotted in the news.

any advice would be very much appreciated.
