words to describe noises

the upper floor family is refurbishing their bathroom, which makes a lot of terrible noises with electronic tools. So I wonder what words are the ones to describe such noises, and what are the names of the tools, I only know screwdriver.

I think they are electric tools. The buzzing of the circular saw, the whining of the router, the banging of the staple gun, the rasping of the electric drill — these are common workshop noises, but I don't think that there are any specific onomatopoetic words that necessarily collocate with the tools: they are simply loud and cacaphonous.

Yes, electric tools! I corrected myself on this, and when I posted this passage again, I didn't know I wrote "electronic" again...Thank you very much Mister Micawber!

what are the words to describe feelings when hearing annoying noises caused by electric tools for refurbishment?

Let me start with "the refurbishment caused [...] noises", or "the noises are..."

Could anyone help me with that?

It depends on the level of your sensitivity to noise. A simple source of noise, chewing or fingernails scratching on a surface for example, can make you upset, anxious or angry. Unexpected sounds may startle you.
These adjectives can be used to describe unpleasant sounds: deafening, piercing, ear-splitting, thunderous, unbearable, excruciating, harsh, raucous, etc.
