Words that should never follow a semi-colon?

Are there any words that shouldn't come after a semi-colon?

I'm 95% sure 'and' shouldn't, eh?

Thanks,

There are no words that absolutely cannot follow a semicolon, and 'and' is among those.

What I meant is, what words CANNOT go where it says 'PLACE' after the semi-colon.

Sorry if I confused you,
