If she came home with a load of candy and didn't share, that's one thing, but to not show you pictures is different. Perhaps she is just private.

I don't find generous/selfish or stingy appropriate in this case either. She is not really holding out on anything of value or doing anything that harms you.

Perhaps 'not very friendly' is the best choice.

Well darn, and I just thought of another really good word: parsimonious.

But I suppose not sharing pictures really doesn't represent stinginess. Unless it were a soldier at camp with a lot of pin-up pictures, or something

Hi , guys! Thank you for trying. Actually we, my roomate and I, are kind of close, and what I'm looking for here is something we can say jokingly between friends. I didn't really mean that she is "not generous". On the opposite, she is very friendly and dosen't mind sharing anything beautiful in life.

Maybe she thought it would bore you to look at all her pictures!
