Words related to acnes on the face

Hi

Could you please help me with the typical words used to describe acnes/zits on someone's face? I mean...

(When the acne is just visible but we know it is going to fully grow in a day or two. How to say this? Do the underlined words work at all?)

The zit/acne on your nose isn't fully out. It'll grow in a day or two.

The acne/zit is dying down. It will be gone in a two days' time.

How long will this zit take to dry up?

The climate of Saudi Arabia did not suit me. My whole face kept bursting with acnes/zits.

Thanks,

Tom

Zit is a slang word, and somewhat offensive. Pimple is the common word for a sore caused by an acne condition. Pimples form when bacteria invade the blockage in the hair follicle and cause redness and inflammation.

I can't imagine having a conversation like this with anyone except perhaps a dermatologist.
