Words necessary?

Hi. I think the sentences below are correct.

1. The game is going to be played at the park.
2. The festival is going to be held at the park.

How about these without the words "played" and "held"? Are they correct?

1. The game is going to be at the park.
2. The festival is going to be at the park.

Now, should the answers in the following questions be with or without those words? I think your response for the question above probably answer it. Thank you in advance for your help.

A: Do you want to play soccer?
B: All right. Where's it going to be (played)?

A: Do you want to watch this year's festival?
B: Yes, where's it going to be (held)?
