“Information”, like many uncountable nouns, is always used in singular contexts, although you may see otherwise. You may see “if informations become available …”
But what you may not see is “many informations”. Water, sand, salt, air, rain, light, mud, etc. are always used in singular context.
So have you decided whether you want words like "information" which they say can't exist in the plural, or possible words like "deer," which are truly the same in singular and plural - I shot a deer. I shot three deer. I caught a fish. I caught three fish. ???
I think you mean certain words that are often, or always, used in the plural in some other languages but are never (or extremely rarely) used in the plural in English. There's a list of the most common ones in every Finnish grammar book of English, and these come to mind at once: advice, baggage, luggage, furniture, information, money, news, knowledge. Knowledge is exceptiona
