Words in a video

I know it's a lot to ask for, but it indeed bothers me when I don't understand some words I heard, and I feel obliged to figure out the words I don't understand WHENEVER I encounter any.
I will leave the unknown words in blanks, and IF there's anything I interpreted wrong, PLEASE DO let me know, thank you so much in advance!

1.Starting from 0:56, "And the shoes, custom___"
2.From 1:00, " I tipped the girls capped to the side like____"?
3.From 1:34, "And that girl on the left, she ordered gummy bears in a ___ a couple hours ago." Is it in a KNIFE??????
4.From 7:10, "And I had a lot of patches, shiny ones from ___, so I raised havoc on some old ___."

And then there's this part starting at 7:26 that I truly don't have any clue about, why would she say that she did it all over again? Did what all over again?
