Words arrangement

Which is right?
- When class is over, it will be probably raining.
or:
- When class is over, it will probably be raining


- Do we put the adverb (probably ) before or after the verb to Be

The second one is correct
- When class is over, it will probably be raining.
Usually the adverb goes after the verb To Be but when we have an auxilary word or modal verb (e.g. might, must, have, will etc.) the adverb normally goes directly after these.
She has always been crazy.
You should never drink and drive.
