Wordings on trophy

I'm having a slight problem with these sentences, not sure whether the grammar is correct especially a few of the last wordings -

In appreciation of a smart partnership with MPC in women entrepreneur program

I don't know quite what you're after, but I would expect to read:

In appreciation of a successful partnership with MPC in the Women's Entrepreneur Program
