Wordings

What do you think of the wordings. Do they make sense to you?

1.It is with great disappointment?that I inform?you that I have been offered a Building Manager position within James Andrew Residential. My last day will be on 28th February 2020.

2.I believe that this opportunity will help me grow as an individual and will also help me develop my portfolio within the residential sector.

3.It has been a wonderful experience and you have made it easy for me from the very first day.

4.I am sorry for giving you such a short notice about this.
