I have used wonderful twice. Is this okay? Is there any other word I can use to make flow better?

I have used wonderful twice. Is this okay?-- There is no intrinsic reason to avoid using a word twice in a passage of that length, but then again 'wonderful' is a rather vague and overused word, and I am sure that you can do better.
You said that you have sent the letter already. I have already told you in your previous thread that your son will prefer YOUR words, whatever they are, to ours.
