Wording help please?

Hi,

Could you please comment for me if I have used these words correctly?


English is not [ popularized / popular ] in this country. (I mean "widespread", and both words are correct?)

Government is trying to popularize English education as much as it could.

This new drink is not popular at all. (People don't like it)
