Wording help please?

Hi,

Would you please advise, if I have understood these two words correctly? "adverse and justice"


Did you find anything adverse in that report? (Means bad or negative)

No, nothing was adverse in that report.

It has an adverse side effects.

Law treats everyone one justice. (Means fair or equal)

All of us should be treated with justice.
