Wording help please?

Hi,

Could you please check for me if I have used this words correctly?


The girl you met in the party whom was a famous musician.

It is legal to [ reveal / disclose / imply ] the highest bidding amount then other party can have an opportunity to counter offer it. (Which word is a better word here please?)
