Wording help please?

Hi,

Would you please advise if I have used these words correctly?


Let us proceed the process. (Continued)

Your case has been [ proceeded / processed ]. ("Continued and handled" both are correct here?)

If you wish to [ process / proceed ] you would need to complete these forms. ("Continued and handled" both are correct here?)
