Acting Ability

Costume

Correct Line-Memorization (Or Correct memorization of lines?)

Audience Response (Or Response of the Audience

If this is the criteria by which the cast is to be selected, then it would probably be something more like this: Acting ability (the audition determines this) Does the person look good in a costume (some people just don't look good in a costume - part of the audition should be in costume) Memorization ability (also determined at the audition) Does the person project (this will determine audience response - this is also determined at the audition)
