Is 'actions' or 'acts' correct here?

1. Shampoo the hair.
2. Scrub the body.
3. Use shower gel.
4. Brush the teeth.
If any of these actions/acts are left out, you will not be considered clean.

2. Scrub the your body.
3. Use shower gel.
4. Brush the your teeth.

If your don't do the above, any of these actions/acts are left out, you will not be considered clean.

We would say "If you leave out any of these steps, ...".
