Word Usage

Please, correct the sentence if it's wrong.

This article is intended to help pregnant women get a deeper insight on protein consumption during their condition.

Is it okay to use 'their condition' referring to the term 'pregnancy' here?

Top answer

"their condition" is not necessarily wrong in itself, but I am not keen on "during their condition". I can't at the moment think of any better word to fit there than "pregnancy" itself. Normally you get an insight "into" something, not "on".
