0 It was a phrase/slogan around in I think the early 90s (or late 80s, not sure). It was one of those odd buzz phrases that didn't really mean anything much. It was the sort of thing annoying presenters said on the 'yoof tv' of the time to try and seem trendy. A group called Cameo did a great song called Word Up! that you still hear around now and then.
