On the first syllable of each of those words. ANY-one, SPOrts and HOBby.
You can also exaggerate the stress on any of those three words, and this subtly changes the meaning of the sentence. You exaggerate the stress on the word you want to emphasise in the sentence.
For example, if the previous sentence(s) were talking about OTHER DIFFERENT hobbies, e.g. COOKING, CRAFTS etc, then SPORTS is the NEW or IMPORTANT word in that sentence, so you emphasise it.
If the previous sentence(s) were talking about sport as a profession, then HOBBY is the new and different word, so you would emphasise HOBBY.
If the previous sentence(s) were addressed at different people, YOU is the new and different word, so you would emphasise YOU.
If the sentence stands by itself, with no context, then you probably wouldn't emphasise ANY of those words.

When you're quoting a sentence like that, it's good to put double-quotes around it. I added them in the quote.

By the way, do you usually put double quotation marks? All I know about the quotation mark is British English users usually use a single quotation mark and American English users use double quotation marks.
