Word requirment

I was wondering if it makes a difference if I use the word 'at' in this sentence.

Just tell me which day you prefer and (at) what time would you like to meet.

Do I need to include 'at' or not?

Also, it it which or what day?

Thank you

Thank you. What about they way I used 'would you' in the sentence, or should it be 'you would'?

Just tell me which day you prefer and what time would you or you would like to meet. I think it should be you would, since it is indirect. Am I right? I hope I am!
