Word "COPY"

Hi!

May I say "I pass a copy of the documentation to our President"?

Moreover, is this sentence correct? "I will discuss with the President, who is reading in copy"? Is there a better way to say it?

Thank you for your help!

Hello, Luisella. 1-- The simple present tense is seldom used here. More useful are: I passed a copy of the documentation to our President.
