Word order- we all don't give her a car (or) we do not all give her a car

Hi all! I am really confused now, and I can't put the words in the correct order. I'd just like to ask you to correct them.

positive form of a sentence:

a. We all think the same way as he does.

negative forms:

a. We don't all think the same way as he does.

b. We do not all think the same way as he does.

interrogative form:

a. Do we all think the same thing as he does?

negative interrogatives:

a. Do we all not think the same way as he does?

b. Don't we all think the same way as he does?

I wait for your answers, thanks in advance!

Your sentences are natural. But I would use "all" as the subject. Not all of us think the way he does.
