Word order/ use of the comma.

Can someone please have a look at the second sentence. I'm not sure if the order of the words are right, if the comma is appropriate, and perhaps a word is missing to connect the sentences.

"Moreover, chapter 5 will deal with each infrastructural indicator separately. Marginal returns will be discussed, in order to give proper recommendations."

Help would really be appreciated.
