Word Order: should i have paid or i should have paid?

A. How much should I pay?

You should pay five dollars.

B. How much _________?

Is it:

How much should I have paid?

Can you see the pattern?--

How much should I pay?

How much should I be paying?

How much should I have been paying?

How much might I be paid?

How much have I paid?

How much will I have been paying?

Thank you for your helpful response.

I see the pattern should start with the modal followed by the pronoun, and then the verb. I now understand.
