Word order of have

If you had the chance, which one would you have chosen.
Or
If you had the chance, which one would have you chosen.

Which one is correct, the first or second ? Are both correct and the placement of ' have' does not make a big difference?

Thanks. So it is wrong to say: ... Which one would have you chosen. Or is it just not natural?

Also, did you mean 'if you had' in your second sentence or 'if had had'?

Yes. This is an unreal condition.

Yes, but isn't the first one an unreal condition as well?

I thought that the sentence.. if you have the chance, which one __ you choose.... is a conditional and would is used in conditionals as well! Please explain and tell me what information I am lacking here?
