Also, did you mean 'if you had' in your second sentence or 'if had had'?

If you have a chance which one would you choose?

The first one is correct, the second is like a foreigner trying to speak English.

I thought that the sentence.. if you have the chance, which one __ you choose.... is a conditional and would is used in conditionals as well! Please explain and tell me what information I am lacking here?
