Please look at these sentences:

Can I know what is the problem?

I think it should be:
Can I know what the problem is?

Could I be aware who is the producer?
It should be:
Could I be aware who the producer is?

More natural options would be :

"Could / can you tell me what the problem is?"

"Could / can you let me know who the producer is?"

NB to be aware of something - don't forget "of"
