Word order

Please, consider the following:
'Young people and crime
Do you think this is a real issue or it is something far from reality?'
1) Is it acceptable?
2) I'm particularly interested in what comes after 'OR': what's the correct word order? A) IT IS... or B) IS IT... ?
Thank you.
