Which is correct?

Since June 2014, Jim with his daughter permanently lives in Germany.

or

Jim permanently lives with his daughter in Germany since June 2014.

Jim has been living with his daughter since June of 2014. [ I see no need for the word permanently ; you might add that this is now his permanent residence, if necessary. ]

Jim has been living with his daughter since June of 2014. [ I see no need for the word permanently; you might add that this is now his permanent residence, if necessary. ]
