Word order

Greetings and salutations,

Is the following correct?

A fueled by despair attempt

or is it better to say:

An attempt fueled by despair

Thanks

The first one doesn't work as written; it could just about work with hyphens ("A fueled-by-despair attempt") but it is unusual. Normally you would use the second one.
