Word order

Hi all,

I have some problems with pargraph writing, especially in the area of word order.

How do we know this particular word is in front instead of at the back.

For example:

Having breakfast plays an important role in the morning for serveral reasons.

OR

Having breakfast in the morning plays an important role for serveral reasons.

Thanks.

Cheers,
