Which of these two sentences is the most correct one?
"Sometimes the intranet is just too slow"
"The Intranet is just too slow sometimes"
Or is there an even better way of expressing this?

They are both correct - or would be if put full stops at the end. You don't need to capitalise intranet . Rover

sometimes is one of those adverbs that can go at the beginning or at the end.
