Word order

Hello,

Could you help me with this? Are both correct?

a) If I were you, I would say to my mom that I don´t like it.

b) If I were you, I would say that I don´t like it to my mom.

I would choose b). But which one is grammatically correct? I wouldn´t have used "SAY TO", but "TELL"....

Thank you ! Soprano

Both are ok grammatically, but b) sounds very unnatural. b), as it is, requires 'say'. a) would be better with 'tell my mom'
