'Tich' is a word, but a quite rare one that few (or no) people use or know. I suppose that you mean ' twitch '. 'Tick' and 'twitch' have little relation that I know of, though the noun 'tick' can refer to a recurring habit of 'twitching'.

  • I'd have to know the actress and her husband before I could comment on what word she used or meant.

Mr. M. -- I believe the noun you're thinking of is "tic," not "tick."

Yes, that's right. Only one spelling, eh? Oh and I forgot to mention 'twitchers' - manic birdwatchers.
