Word inversion, which to use? and in relation/proprotion

Could you help please with this?

2 What dog breed/breed of dog do you have?
3 I'm willing to take any kind/breed of dog in if he's got no place to go.
4 The prices here are up to 80 off/cheaper in relation /proportion to other stores. (can you use a comparative with IN RELATION...)
