Word "help" as noun in this sentence can be expressed in plural form?

In work email, I often found this expression:

"Thank you for your helps".

Is this grammatically correct, given that the writer intends to express gratitude for the help received on multiple items/tasks?

Thanks in advance for your help. ;-)
