Should it be 'keep' or 'keeping'?

Flexibility is important to 'keep/keeping' your body healthy.

I think 'keep' is the only correct choice. Am I right?

Is it not possible to use the to keep form in this sentence like the first one? Is only in keeping the right choice or is it just better?

Yes, because you have used 'everything', which means 'the most important thing' the way you have constructed your sentence.
