word formation process

Hey guys,
I would like to know the formation process of the followings
1) Judo (I think the formation process used here is BLENDING)
2) hurdy Gurdy
3) Cardy

I would also like to know if (SCHOLARLY)= scholar(ly) is deadjectival adverb suffix or denominal adjective.

Thanks a bunch!

I would like to know under what category should this imitation ( onomatopoeia) be. (No.2)
should it be back-formation, blending, borrowing, clipping etc.
