Word definition

I am trying to find a word (a specific word) that means a repetitive phrase/sentence/word that repeats in your head or mind often. For example, in the past, I keep hearing this phrase over and over again: "H3ll no, we won't go!" (this was from the movie "Police Academy".

I have searched high and low for the word and even asked several people ... no one seems to know. I remembered seeing the word in the past but made the mistake of not writing it down.
