Word corrections" events, settings, background and story"

There was a corruption in the company as a consequence of the conspiracy among staff. So I want my subordinate tell me all the story of the problem from A to Z. I put the folllowing questions.

1) Could you relate all the story of the problem.

2) Could relate all the events of the problem.

3) Could you relate all the settings of the problem.

4) Could you relate all the background of the problem.

Which one is make senses in the above sentence? Do I use the verb " relate" correctly, which means " tell /describe it to me"? What are the differences of " events, setting, story, background" .
