Word Correction: ( reception , receipt, or treatment)

I have visited my friend in US and during my visit , he took a good care for me. So I will say:

1) Thank you so much for your warm reception.

2) Thank you so much for your warm receipt.

3) Thank you so much for your warm treatment.

4) Thank you so much for your warm care.

Which one is common in daily conversation and correct words in the above context.

Thank for time and efforts.

No. Reception, treatment, and care are all separate aspects of entertaining guests. You might have received one and not another.

I put the question marks because I wasn't convince
