Is this sentence clear or is there a better choice? It sounds redundant to me, but I'm not sure how to reword it.
Attached is the scope of work for our project for which plans are needed for the permit.

It is often good to break such a sentence up. I am not sure I understand it, but one version might go "Attached is an outline of the scope of our project. Please provide plans to be submitted for a building permit."
